A BIT ABOUT ME.

I'm a creative producer and content creator — or, if we're being honest, a Swiss Army knife. I've started enough things from scratch that I've happily made peace with doing whatever a project needs, from the big-idea creative direction down to charging the batteries and running for coffee.

These days I lead brand and content for Good Health Saunas — the voice, the social,  the whole content system.  I also run Squirrels Productions, my own photo-and-video studio, covering weddings, events, portraits, and brand work.

Off the clock you'll find me outside — camping, hiking, or being thoroughly bossed around by my dog. I'm a born-and-raised cheesehead who fell hard for the East Coast after a summer in Vermont, and has been actively plotting a move back ever since. And after a long shoot, I decompress with reality TV that asks nothing of my brain — ask me about Below Deck, and clear your schedule.
